As a member of the Amigo Insurance family, you will be entrusted with providing customers with expert advice, excellent customer service, and for supplying affordable insurance to the general public.
Maintain and establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
Support policyholders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Seeking someone who: has at least 1 year of experience in sales (preferred but not required). Has a Property and Casualty License (preferred but not required). Possess the ability to control a conversation in person or via phone. Is self-motivated, driven, and has the desire to work for (and grow alongside) a rapidly growing company.
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred) and/or
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
License or certification:
- Property and Casualty License (Preferred). Must possess the ability to obtain the licenses required when a hiring decision is made.
Languages:
- Must be bilingual
- Spanish (Preferred)
